My Blessings

This little thing called webtv

Has opened doors I never knew

Through this small device

God's love has come through.

He has sent me people

That need someone to pray

He has sent others

To brighten up my day.

He has given me friends

When I have felt unworthy of them

Oh, how richly I've been blessed

By the lovely things you send.

I have dreams and hopes

Like all mortals do

I'm only an everyday person

That was blessed by meeting you.

I do not know your birthdays

Your favorite food, movies or art

Yet, I feel so close to you

In my heart we're never apart.

I'm here for you when you need someone

When your world feels cold and bare

Materially, I have nothing to give

I'm overflowing with love to share

If you need someone to talk to

Just to know they're around

Then feel free to call on me
